T&Cs for Kingfisher Country Estate Wedding Fair & Grand Prize
- The first 50 couples to attend the event will receive a voucher for the Halcyon Spa entitling the couple to 2 hours complimentary use of our luxury hydrotherapy facilities.
- Both partners of the Wedding Couple to be present at the wedding fair.
- The first 50 couples will receive £500 off a wedding dress from The Wedding Centre, Randalstown.
- Couples securing a chosen wedding day date with a non-refundable deposit of £250 on the day of the wedding fair or within 7 days of the wedding fair, will receive complimentary use of the hotel company’s Rolls Royce ‘Ghost’, on the day of their wedding at Kingfisher Country Estate.
- To be entered into the Grand Prize draw the couple must have confirmed and secured their chosen wedding date with a £750 non-refundable deposit by 5pm, 28th March 2025.
- The Grand Prize draw will take place on Monday 31st March 2025, 1pm
- The winning couple will be contacted directly by Kingfisher Country Estate’s Marketing Team, and the winning couple will subsequently be announced on the hotel’s social media channels.
The GRAND PRIZE of a Luxury wedding will include:
- Kingfisher Luxury Wedding Package (for up to 100 persons - Additional charges apply for guests over that number)
- The couple will have complimentary use of Kingfisher’s Rolls Royce ‘Ghost’, black with red leather interior, 2 passengers & a Mercedes-Benz, V220 Sport, silver with black leather interior, up to 7 passengers, on their wedding day, subject to availability and within a 25 mile travel radius of Kingfisher Country Estate
- £500 off a Wedding Dress from The Wedding Centre
- 6 wedding Suits (to the value of £1000 from The Wedding Centre)
- £200 voucher for ‘Mother of the Bride (In collaboration with The Wedding Centre)
- Hen Party Package (for up to 10 persons in the Vegas Suite at Ten Square Hotel Belfast – additional guests will be charged)
- Wedding Photography package, supplied by Steven Neeson Photography www.stevenneeson.com (The couple will agree to selected images from their wedding day being shared with Kingfisher Country Estate Marketing Team for on & offline marketing activities)
- No cash alternatives will be offered for the wedding fair giveaways or component parts of the Grand Prize package, supplied by Kingfisher Country Estate, The Wedding Centre, or any other collaborating businesses
- Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
- Employees of Loughview Leisure Limited and related businesses are not eligible to enter.
- Winners will be contacted directly. Please be aware of scam accounts on social media asking for your details or payments.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- All wedding fair giveaways and component parts of the Grand Prize package are subject to availability of the individual suppliers; Kingfisher Country Estate, The Wedding Centre and Steven Neeson Photography.
